Welcome to PNG Cleaning Services. By booking our services, scheduling an appointment, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them thoroughly.
All quotations provided are based on information supplied by the client regarding the property size and cleaning requirements. If upon arrival the property differs significantly from the description, we reserve the right to re-quote or adjust the charges accordingly before commencing work.
The client must ensure that our cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time, along with functioning electricity and running hot water. If applicable, any necessary parking permits or arrangements must be provided or covered by the client.
We understand that plans can change. However, we require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a cleaning appointment. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We take pride in our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the clean completion. We will gladly return to re-clean the area to your satisfaction at no additional cost.
PNG Cleaning Services is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, delicate or unstable items not properly secured, or unsecured valuables. Any claims for breakage or damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
